Common questions
What counts as a post?
Each new post Frekto creates — made with Create, by your daily posting, or through the API. Editing a post doesn’t count, and a post that fails to be created never counts.
If one post goes to several platforms, does it count more than once?
No. One post counts once, however many of your accounts it goes to.
Does a carousel count as several posts?
No. A carousel is one post, however many slides it has.
What about Stories?
A daily post and its Story, sent at the same time, count once.
What happens when my trial ends?
Creating and scheduling stop until you start Frekto. Your posts, settings and connected accounts are kept.
What if I use all 100 posts?
New posts pause until your next payment date, when you get a fresh 100. Everything already scheduled is kept.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — use Manage subscription. You keep Frekto until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are secure and encrypted.
